BAI: "Create Your Own Mandala"

Borrego Art Institute classes begin on Saturday, Oct. 26 with “Create Your Own Mandala with Earth Elements,” a fun four-hour workshop using the desert’s finest dried plant materials as art supplies to create a mandala. Mandalas play a role in centering and balancing one’s state of mind. Artist and instructor Julia Briest will guide you in creating a meditative symmetrical artwork. The workshop is from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Community Resource Center at the Mall, 587 Palm Canyon Drive. For more information, go to borregoartinstitute.org/classes.
