In a groundbreaking initiative, Organización LatinX of Borrego (OLAXdeBorrego) proudly announces its inaugural scholarship program. This historic opportunity is open to all graduating high school seniors from Borrego Springs, class of 2024, who plan to pursue post-high school education at vocational schools, community colleges, or universities.

Scholarship Criteria

The OLAXdeBorrego scholarship will be awarded based on the following criteria:

1. Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate financial need to qualify for this scholarship.

2. Extracurricular Activities: OLAXdeBorrego values well-rounded individuals. Participation in extracurricular activities, whether in school or the community, will be considered.

3. Community Service: Applicants who have actively contributed to their community through volunteer work or service projects will be given special consideration.

4. Academic Achievement: Strong academic performance is a key factor in the selection process.

Application Details

Deadline: Interested students must submit their applications by Monday, April 29.
