Borrego Water District General Manager Geoff Poole and Dustin Rivas install a the first automatic metering infrastructure system on March 19 on Verbena Drive. BWD will now be able to monitor their customers usage from their office. See story on Page 7 in the March 28 issue of the Borrego Sun.
