New Board of Directors

Through the many challenges brought on by COVID, a dedicated Chamber Board continued to improve all aspects associated with the Borrego Springs Chamber of Commerce and Welcome Center. At the helm was President Clint Brandin. You saw President Brandin at all of the Chamber functions and for three days straight at every Borrego Days during his tenure, setting up, taking down and having some fun. The time has come for the board to elect new officers as Brandin was ready to pass the torch and become a Director. Also stepping back to Director is Mary Purvis, Treasurer. We can’t thank them enough for the vital roles they played at the BSCC and for remaining on the new board.

President – Kirit Patel, Vice President – Ramien Shalizi, Secretary – Daniel Wright, Treasurer – Corina Garcia, Directors – Carol Brandin, Clint Brandin, Mary Purvis, Harry Turner. We do have one vacancy on the Board of Directors, if you are interested please email the Chamber at borregochamberdirector@gmail.com. The board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. in the Chamber boardroom.
Next week we have more new members to introduce, and visitor numbers for the wildflower Borrego Bloom.
