Kesling's Kitchen Closes Its Doors

Tom Hildebrandt and Pamela Lange have been running Kesling's Kitchen for seven years, and have now decided to move on to pastures new.
Tom told the Borrego Sun, "It's a new chapter in our lives allowing us to continue in the field of cooking, which we love."
He started his career in Borrego by working first at the De Anza Country Club as Executive Chef and then became the Executive Chef of La Casa Del Zorro before starting Kesling's. Pamela started at the Badlands Café as owner/chef before Kesling's Kitchen.
