It felt like Hawaii on March 25 at The Mall. The Soroptomist's Hawaiian resale-clothing sale, emphasis on shirts at $10 and $25, was a big success. The weather cooperated, the racks of clothes were emptied, and all proceeds are going to scholarships supporting women and young girls, seeking economic independence through education. Treasurer Kathy Dice stated, "It went so well, we'll be doing it next year."
