The San Diego County Department of Public Works has issued a safety warning regarding the road conditions heading up Montezuma Balley Road toward Ranchita and Warner Springs, Feb. 21.

Chains are required from Montezuma Valley Road to mile-marker 8 on San Felipe Road, and vice versa.

All are advised to please use caution when driving or not to drive at all during this time.
