San Diego Gas & Electric will be working on putting up a new power line pole in Borrego Springs Nov. 15.

The following businesses will be affected, and have no power – the Borrego Sun, Wells Fargo and Christmas Circle from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
