Unplanned Power Outage - Julian, Santa Ysabel Area

An unplanned outage left residents in the Julian, Santa Ysabel, Wynola, Pine Hills, Banner and Morettis areas without power for approximately three hours, starting at 3:35 p.m. Thursday Oct. 5.
San Diego Gas & Electric company said sub-station was out.
The estimated restoration of power was at 6:30 p.m. Power was restored at around 5:30 p.m. for most residents.
