New Road - The Mall and ArtFarm

A new road is being made and paved to connect The Mall and the Borrego Art Institutes new Art Farm.
Crews are currently working on the additional road to help the community enter and leave the vicinity, while still being able to enjoy both areas.
The trees previously in that area are being relocated.
