Borrego Springs should expect loud rumbles, a lot of dust and parking spaces to be closed off, due to phone line repairs along Palm Canyon Drive.

Pauley Construction Inc. has been digging holes along the side of the road beginning at Carlee's up to Coldwell Banker, to replace the phone lines since 7:00 a.m. Wednesday Sept. 13.

The project will take approximately three weeks. They will also be adding fiber optic cables toward Christmas Circle. These phone line repairs also have nothing to do with why the Christmas Circle WiFi is down.

Drivers should drive with caution when passing through.
