Salton City Could Face More Hot Days

The rain and thunderstorm were just a tease on Thursday for Salton City, as the humidity and heat continue on its normal track.
It is predicted that Salton City could deal with heat over 95 degrees for 203 days out of the year due to climate change and carbon pollution, which are the biggest factors in the number of future hot days. If current emission trends continue in Salton City, there will be 50 more hot days by 2100.
However, even if emissions are cut, every place across the United States will face more hot weather.
