Borrego is under cloud as you can see from this mornings training session with Borrego Fire District team. Julian is expecting rain and has thunder and lightening .
The alert is scheduled to run until 5:30 p.m.
Locations impacted include Warner Springs, Hwy 79 between Warner Springs and Oak Grove, Hwy 79 between Santa Ysabel and Warner Springs, Lake Henshaw, Palomar Mountain, S7 - East Grade Rd, Hwy S2 between Hwy 79 And Hwy 78, La Jolla Indian Reservation, Santa Ysabel, Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation, Los Coyotes Indian Reservation and Rincon Indian Reservation.
