Road Closed Ramona

Highway 78 at Moma in the Ramona Trails area, is closed in both directions due to a tanker truck big rig overturning July 3, Cal Fire reports.
The big rig spilled hydraulic fuel and cleanup is in progress. According to a CBS 8 report, two people were injured and have been transported to a hospital
A detour onto Old Julian Highway/Third Street is in effect for approximately two hours, the CHP site indicates.
