Border Patrol - Marijuana Bust

Border Patrol agents found nearly two tons of marijuana following a sniffer dog indicating there might be drugs in the truck.
Authorities reported a semi-truck was stopped Friday shortly after midnight at the Salton City checkpoint, following a secondary inspection, pallets loaded with cardboard boxes full of packaged marijuana were found.
The driver was arrested and authorities say the 3,575 pounds of pot had an estimated street value of $1.7 million.
