The Celebration of Life for Ranger Steve Bier held May 1, saw many locals and out of town visitors turn up to show their respects. A cavalcade of cars began from Rams Hill to Borrego Springs High School. Emergency service crews were part of the service as friends and family spoke of their memories and their loss.
