Library Construction Begins

Local general contractor Tom Fredericks crew and equipment digging the trench and laying the pipe.
Workmen have started digging a trench and laying an eight-inch sewer pipe. This officially starts the much anticipated beginning to the construction of Borrego Springs new library and park.
Starting from Christmas circle and heading up Summit Drive towards Country Club Road, the sewer line is being paid for by Bill Wright out of his own pocket.
