The public is invited to a community meeting on Thursday, April 27 from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. to discuss plans for the new library in Borrego Springs. The meeting will be held at ­­the Borrego Springs Library located at 587 Palm Canyon Dr., Suite 125, Borrego Springs, CA, 92004.

County representatives including Library Director Migell Acosta, General Services Project Manager Mark Zabonik and the winning Design Build Team will be present to outline the project plan, answer questions, discuss the process, and seek public input on the project. "We look forward to sharing plans for the new library with the community and addressing any questions regarding this exciting project to ensure that the final result best serves the growing needs of the entire Borrego community," said Director Acosta.
