Following the tragic loss of Anza-Borrego Ranger and local resident, Steve Bier, a Celebration of Life will be held Monday May 1.

A law enforcement honor procession will start at Rams Hill at 9:00 a.m. Monday, May 1. The procession will make its way to the Borrego Springs High School football ground where family and friends of Ranger Bier will gather for their final thanks and goodbyes.
