Cable USA customers have lacked internet since the evening of Thurs. April 6.
It's now Friday, April 7, and no news as yet as to when the service will resume.
Update :
USA Communications Update: It has been determined that a direct fiber cut to the lines that feed our system has occurred. This line cut was done near Mecca by someone outside our system and not our crews or team members. Re-splicing these fiber optic connections is a very intricate process and could take over two hours to complete. We will keep you posted when the next report comes in from our network engineers. Thank you.
But they still wont respond to requests from the paper as to why there are continuous problems or what happens next.
