At the Jan. 12 Fire Dept. Board meeting, it was announced that paramedics will only transport casualties to JFK in Indio and Pioneer in Brawley from now on.

Due to the long turn around time in getting patients to Eisenhower, it has been decided that it will no longer be an option.
