The 2017 Tierra Del Sol Desert Safari will return to its former home at the Ocotillo Wells State Vehicle Recreation Area, with the festivities going March 3-5, 2017.

Environmental concerns for one local lizard population, moved the 2016 Desert Safari to Salton Sea, but the California Fish and Game Commission resolved those worries in December following extensive reports.
