Borrego Sun - Since 1949

Rain has continued to fall sporadically across Borrego Springs and surrounding areas. The much needed precipitation has seen temporary road closures and high winds as the winter storms pass over the valley.

In a 72-hour period the storm had dropped 1.29 inches in Julian; 1.08 in Santa Ysabel; .77 in Warner Springs; .38 in Ranchita; .08 in Ocotillo Wells; and .04 in Borrego Springs, according to National Weather Service data.
