Riverside County sheriff's deputies arrested a 49-year-old man, suspected of exposing himself in public when he was seen by a minor in the community of Mecca on Friday, Dec. 16.

Martin Barajas Bautista of Mecca was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to online jail records. Officials say deputies were summoned to the 91000 block of 3rd Street about 8:16 a.m. after receiving a report from the minor.

Bautista was taken into custody and booked at Indio Larson Justice Center Saturday morning, with bail set at $5,000, according to records.
