The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 12.2 cents over the past 17 days.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire decreased three-tenths of a cent to $2.71.

According to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service, the average price is 4.6 cents less than one week ago, 6.1 cents lower than one week ago and 2.2 cents below what it was one year ago.
