Joe and Andra Tie the Knot

After meeting four years ago at the Springs at Borrego Golf Course and RV Park, my golf buddy Joe Gamulin finally tied the knot with Andra Backus on Sunday, Sept.25. I'm hoping Joe will still be able to play some golf now and then due to this "other commitment."
The wedding ceremony, held in the Torres Room of the clubhouse, was short and sweet and attended by about thirty-five friends and family. Officiating for the first time an ordained minister was Dan Wright, Springs at Borrego GM and recent recipient of Borrego Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Award. Dan said after the ceremony that he was the only one who was nervous, his knees shaking. But he did fine, the bride and groom were happy and had a nice reception with food and drinks at the nearby home of John Peterson, and the newlyweds are planning a short honeymoon in Catalina.
And then it's back to golf. Right, Joe?
