San Diego County Latino Association (SDCLA)
The SDCLA and 200 guests are coming together today in San Diego, to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. The exciting event will feature delicious free food and local entertainment. The SDCLA will also present their 2016 SDCLA Scholarship Awards and will feature Hispanic executives from the County of San Diego, who will share their life lessons.
The SDCLA is one of the oldest employee resource groups (ERG) in the country, established in 1983. It is recognized as a valued ERG within the County of San Diego and focuses on the following four pillar of success:
· Cultural Awareness
· Recruitment / Retention / Outreach
· Partnerships and Supporting County Initiatives
· Professional Development
