Episcopal Church Food Bank - Monday

On Mon. Oct. 17, families and individuals are able to pick up three days of food from the Borrego Springs Episcopal Church.
Although based at the church, the donations have been paid for through collections from a group of church's in the area. Working on 'a don't ask' basis, no proof of income is required and food bag sizes are graduated according to size of family.
For a lot of residents, the supplement is a welcome addition to the monthly grocery budget and as many as 800 families and individuals have benefited in the past.
