Retail stores and business are gearing up for this weekend's Borrego Days Festival on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Among them is Chad Barnes' Village Liquor store, where the last of a convoy of beverage trucks prepares to depart on Wednesday morning, the driver and forklift operator waving their farewells.
