SANTA YSABEL ART GALLERY

Saturday afternoon found Henry and I heading to the art gallery in Santa Ysabel to check out featured artist Jane Culp. Her work will be on display from October 8th through November 13th 2016. Free admission.
Jane's paintings are mainly oils, with some watercolor and charcoal. She is known for her evocative on site western landscapes. On display are paintings in and around the high and low desert and work she has done as a resident artist in and around Joshua Tree and Yosemite.
Jane has a residence and studio in Anza. She also spends a lot of time in and around Warners, Santa Ysabel, Julian, and Borrego. The surrounding desert areas provides most of her paintings locations. If you haven't been exposed to her art, you need to make the trip to the art gallery in Santa Ysabel and check it out!
