The popular cafe El Borrego on Palm Canyon Drive, is open for business. Ruby, the owner Carlos's daughter, was behind the counter when we stopped in and says that the first two weeks of business have been busy. "The start of the season has not been as quiet as usual."

The family run cafe provides home cooked Mexican food and is open 11.30 - 8.00p.m. Monday to Saturday.
