This year, the Juilan Grape Stomp Festa celebrated their 20th Anniversary; a old-world tradition of "kicking off your shoes, rolling up your pant legs and letting tons of blessed grapes squish beneath your feet!"

The event took place at the Menghini Winery in Julian on Sept. 3 at 11 a.m.

With eleven local wineries offering sips of their prestige wines to sample, a assortment of shopping opportunities and food vendors were available for all to enjoy.

Italian Music was provided by the Roman Holiday Ensemble, and attendees had the opportunity to enter a "Lucy (Lucille Ball) Look-Alike" contest, a Bocce Ball contest, and the ever popular "Trash My Wedding Dress" event.
