GoFundMe for Bingo

The Borrego Senior Community Center has been a lifeline for a lot of residents. A place to share meals, get together and of course, play a game or two of Bingo.
Tuesday nights sees all eyes on the antiquated equipment as it spits out the next ball. The friendships maintained in that room and the excitement of the game, is joined by the knowledge that the much used and much loved equipment, will soon have to be tossed aside. The fun will end unless the funds are found.
One local resident, Elaine Hazelrigg, has stepped up and started a Gofundme page to try and raise the money needed to keep the fun coming. "Our seniors are valuable members of our community and I think it is our duty to help them in any way we can." she states on the page.
Their goal is $2500.00 and at the time of writing, three donors had already stepped up to start the numbers flowing and bringing the amount raised so far to $800. There's a full house of big hearts in Borrego so I'm sure it wont be long before much appreciated donations will start to roll in.
