Fifth Grade Graduates.
College Bound Coyotes, the fifth-grade class of Borrego Springs Elementary School (BSES) participated in Promotion Ceremonies this morning, June 17, and were awarded Diplomas of Achievement.
Family and friends filled the staging room at the BSES as the awards were presented by the American Legion for Superior Achievement and Outstanding Progress, 2nd Place Overall Grade 4 and 3rd Place Overall Grade 5.
Principal's Awards and Presidential Awards followed.
Diplomas were distributed to the thirty-nine advancing fifth-graders and cake, balloons and the sprinkler dance was next on the agenda.
