A time, date and location for the Parks and Recreation Champion awards presentation has been set. All honorees and their families will be invited to attend a special event at San Elijo Lagoon Nature Center beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20. This is San Diego County Parks and Recreation will officially announce the award winner(s).
