The auction of 41 lots at Rams Hill, has been rescheduled from June 11 to Dec. 3, according to Fisher Auction Company, who are handling the sale.

The lots coming under the hammer were once owned by Greg Perlman, one of the previous owners in 2004 to 2013. Perlman renamed the development the Montesoro Golf and Social Club. The Tom Fazio designed golf course, was shut down in 2011 and the land allowed to return to desert.

In 2013, developer Bill Berkley and his partners purchased the property, spending millions of dollars turning the Fazio golf course in to one of the best in America. The team also changed the name back to its original, Rams Hill.

Perlman describes the lots for sale as "the best on the property" and all lots sold at the auction will go to the highest bidder in the 'absolute' auction, whatever the price.
