Borrego is slowly emptying as the snowbirds leave and the temperatures are steadily rising. Once the new winter season starts and the streets are once more bustling with visitors, they may notice a few changes about the place.

San Diego County is fixing sidewalks in order to be American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant with county regulations. The access road to Frederick's, for their deliveries is also being fixed.
