Library/Park meeting draws standing-room-only crowd

Capacity crowd, like sardines in a can, discuss the need for a larger Community Room.
The Borrego Springs Library and Community Park meeting on June 9 drew a large crowd to the community room at the library.
The meeting was meant to inform and gather input from residents on what things they would like to see integrated into the plan.
Restrooms and parking seemed to be the hot topics.

Reverend Laura Brecht holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and wants to know how upcoming meetings will be announced so that the Clergy can give input. She was unaware of the last meeting that included discussion about parking and the maintenance of Church Lane.
