Borrego Springs - New Owners of Resort

Borrego Springs Resort has been acquired by S&A Industries Inc., a 'Hotel & Resort Renovation Specialists' company whose headquartered in Suwanee, GA and C.E.O is Maiser Aboneaaj.
The new owners took over the property June 1 and have hired HVMG (Hospitality Ventures Management Group) to manage the resort.
HVMG also run the Hyatt hotel in Palm Springs.
S&A Industries. Inc describe themselves as "a leading renovator of premier timeshare resorts and of four- and five-star hotels, S&A is one of the largest firms in the U.S. and the Caribbean with this specialty."
The company was started 35 years ago and has since risen to be one of the top ranked in its industry. Their website describes how 'the firm expanded from its humble beginnings of installing tile and carpet for Atlanta-area residences and commercial businesses to its focus on providing every facet of renovation for its world-class hotel and resort clients'.
