Rams Hill - Residential Homesite Auction

Fisher Auction Company will manage the June 11 sale of 41 of the remaining finished residential homesites at Rams Hill Country Club (formerly known as Montesero Golf and Social Club). The sale will be conducted as an ‘absolute auction,’ meaning final bids for each homesite will be accepted regardless of the price.
The 3,000-acre gated community situated in the heart of Borrego Springs is located near the protected Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.
The community was purchased from the property’s former owner in 2013 by developers who have since pumped in new capital and spent millions securing long-term water rights, making significant golf course enhancements and infrastructure upgrades.
The auction will be held Saturday, June 11 at 11 a.m. at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, 1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, 92101. Bidders must qualify in order to participate in the auction. For information on how to qualify, visit http://www.fisherauction.com.
