Bidding began, March. 5 for the Borrego Springs Resort with a starting price of $1,500,000.
With 6 hours left in the auction the bidding stood at $2,050,000.
By the close of the auction, the hammer came down on a final sale price of $2.950,000 with 45 days escrow for due diligence and to close.
