New Mall plantings are sprucing up the grounds with Drought tolerant cactus, shrubs and trees as the latest in a series of Pacific storms moves into the region.
With more scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms expected throughout the valley again today, the blooms are beginning to pop on some of the new cactus.
