Borrego Springs - Flying Saucers

A one-day bloom just so happened on the day of the Annual ABDNHA Garden Tour. This spectacular cactus flower is called a Flying Saucer hybrid, and a spectacular display had cars lining the street in front of this Garden Tour participant.
Happy Days, the Copley House near La Casa, had brilliant red flowers lining the driveway in front of the enormous and exquisite home.
