Borrego Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau met for their monthly meeting on March 15 at 8 a.m. Highlights from the meeting included;

Executive Director Linda Haddock's announcement that she accepted a seat on the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego (BGCGSD). Mrs. Haddock will attend an orientation for the later this month.

The Board of Directors are inviting all residents to attend the Annual Member Breakfast and Installation on Wednesday, March 23, 8.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m. They ask that you R.S.V.P. by Friday, March 18.

Borrego Days planning meetings, through the month of July, will be held Mondays at 4 p.m. on March 21, Apr. 18, May 23, June 20 and July 18. Please join the chamber at these meetings as they are looking for volunteers for the event.

The Sundowner at Seley Ranch was a great success with approximately 250 people in attendance. The next Sundowner will be held at The Mall on Apr. 25. It will be co-hosted by Umpqua Bank and the Desert Pantry with music from Izon Eden.

Please join the chamber in their monthly meetings. The next monthly meeting will be on Tuesday April 19 at 8 a.m.
