Borrego Springs - Rudyville

A plan to change the zoning of a 171-acre parcel of land near Borrego Springs, to allow one house per acre instead of one house per ten acres is moving forward. The project known as ‘Rudyville,’ has gained momentum, despite local concern.
The deadline of Feb. 4 has been set for the public to send Comment Letters in regards to the project. A full explanation of the procedure can be found on our letters page, written by J. DAVID GARMON, MD President, Tubb Canyon Desert Conservancy.
Letters may also be e-mailed to Peter.Eichar@sdcounty. ca.gov. stating the name of the project (Borrego Country Club Estates) and the project number (DS24).
