Fred Jee, Chairman of the Film Festival Committee says, “If you wait, it’s too late!”
As of Christmas, over 70 percent of the film festival passes had been sold. The 3rd annual Borrego Springs Film Festival will run from Jan. 14 to 18.
Pass holders should pick up their passes after 1 p.m. on Thursday the 14th at the Performing Arts Center box office or that evening at the opening gala at de Anza Country Club.
One film, ‘Creditors,’ is an exciting film that premiered in New York City in October, went on to Nordic International Film Festival, and also won awards at the Indie Film Festival. After the Anchorage International Film Festival the group is eager to come to sunny Southern California.
‘Reservation for Three?’ seems to be a nifty brief comedy. And there are many interesting Latino films. Without question, the 2016 Film Festival will be a success. And work has begun on plans for the 2017 event.
