Hot Shopping on Chili Nights was not chilly this year, but the shopping was hot. While Santa listened to kiddie wishes and handed out candy canes, shoppers strolled the courtyard at The Mall, along Palm Canyon Drive and visited the Bighorn Fudge Shop, collecting raffle tickets in hopes of winning a prize.
Bread Pudding was served at The Tumbleweed Gallery and wines and Champagne was on hand in nearly every shop. Sales abound this season and the idea is to shop locally - avoid the traffic and the crowds - find wonderful gifts for yourself and your loved ones right here in Borrego Springs. Try the special holiday fudge blends and don't forget to ask about their three for two special!
Get out and shop, Borrego, it is truly painless.
