Borrego Springs - Dark Sky Awards

The Borrego Sun will be recognized as a Borrego Dark Sky friendly business on Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Palm Canyon Resort, at 6:00 p.m.
Ellen Fitzpatrick, the editor, will be present to accept the award. Also receiving recognition will be Coldwell Banker Borrego and the Bighorn Fudge Company.
Following the ceremony, NASA astronomerDennis Mammana will present a program at 6:15 as part of Nightfall, the gathering of astronomers and their telescopes for night sky viewing.
