Unpredictable Stoplight

The stoplight at Highway 86 and S22 is not working properly. The light for north and south bound motorists seems to function properly, changing from go, yield, or stop. However, the lights going east and west that cross over Highway 86 are not properly alerting motorists as to when it is safe to cross the road.
When crossing Highway 86, drivers need to watch the north and south bound traffic, wait until traffic has stopped and then cross carefully on a red light.
