Our Solar panels were installed last month by Sun Belt Solar and I have just received my bill from SDG&E. Zero! Nothing! Nada! With this heat and humidity it would have been +-$600.
However, I just read an article in the Union-Tribune saying they are probably going to adapt a new system of tariffs and credits. But the last line of the article says, "Customers who go Solar before the changes take place can keep the tariff system for 20 years." Whew!
Umpqua Bank has just raised the annual cost of a safe deposit box from $50 to $75. Seems a bit much.
I've been paying my USA Communications bill a year in advance for quite some time. Get one month free for doing that. Just received a very nasty e-mail from them saying my bill was due and if I didn't pay it by July 15th they would come to my house and remove the system.
The House of Borrego Springs Gallery has some changes in store for us this summer. Elizabeth Rodriguez, always creative, from July to September, will present RAVEN, a pop-up shop offering vintage and retro fashions from the '50s, '60s and '70s. She's offering clothing for men, women, and children, as well as jewelry, footwear and accessories. She's open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday. This will bring back some memories! Pieces are all in good condition, for all seasons, and all sizes. The shop is in The Mall Courtyard.
